Die "Saarbrücker Zeitung", die wichtigste regionale Tageszeitung im Saarland, ist auf das P-SCALES-Projekt aufmerksam geworden. In einem Interview mit dem pädagogischen Leiter, Herrn Manfred Reiter, konnte das P-SCALES Projekt zusammenfassend erläutert werden.

Der Auftritt des europäischen Teams um P-SCALES auf der diesjährigen Didacta war ein voller Erfolg und ein guter Schritt nach vorne zur weiteren Verbreitung der P-SCALES in Deutschland. Das Team um den pädagogischen Betreuer, Herrn Manfred Reiter, war teilweise zum ersten Mal auf der Didacta, der immerhin grössten europäischen Messe für alles, was mit Bildung zu tun hat. Auch wenn der Bereich Sonderpädagogik bisher unterrepräsentiert ist, scheint Besserung in Sicht. Der Auftritt des P-SCALES-Teams aus 7 Ländern hat einiges dazu beigetragen:

 

 

 

 

 

Die zahlreichen Kontakte, die auf der didacta geknüpft werden konnten, werden nun vom P-SCALES Team sorgfältig verfolgt um eine deutsche Diskussionsgruppe aufzubauen. Diese wird demnächst freigegeben und soll dem akademischen Austausch und der Diskussion rund um die P-SCALES dienen.

Das europäische Projekt "Kompetenzmessung für SchülerInnen mit besonderen pädagogischen Anforderungen P-SCALES" ist auf der diesjähringen didacta vertreten. Vom 14.3. bis zum 18.3.2012 ist das Projektteam mit einem eigenen Stand (G67) präsent und steht jederzeit für Fragen zu Verfügung.



 

 

Zwei öffentliche Vorträge werden zum Thema P-Scales angeboten: am 16.3. und am 17.3.

P-Scales представляват набор от критерии или дескриптори за представяне, които "...измерват напредъка на ученици, за които началните нива и изискванията на националните учебни планове, програми, и стандарти не са подходящи".

"Дескрипторите за представяне са предназначени за ползване при работа с ученици от всички възрасти и за широк спектър от специални образователни потребности.

Дескрипторите не са пълно описание на всичко, което учениците биха могли да постигнат. Тяхното предназначение е да предложат рамка, върху която напредъкът на учениците, измерван посредством оценъчните механизми, използвани от конкретно училище, да може да бъде проектиран.

Дескрипторите не заместват по-фино настроените схеми за оценяване, използвани за подробни индивидуални прегледи и планиране на учебно съдържание, които много училища ползват. По-скоро те допълват тези схеми чрез предлагането на обща база за сравнавяне на представянето между ученици и училища." (DfES, 2001

Se trata de un proyecto financiado por el programa Leonardo Da Vinci , que forma parte del EU Lifelong Learning Programme administrado por la agencia nacional de Reino Unido Ecorys.

Las P Scales son una serie de criterios o descripciones de actuación que se utilizan para medir el progreso de aquellos alumnos para los que los niveles estándar del Curriculum Nacional no son adecuados.

“Las descripciones del aprendizaje de los alumnos se han establecido por escrito para aplicarlas a los alumnos de todas las edades y con un determinado rango de necesidades educativas especiales. Dichas descripciones no consisten en una descripción completa de todo lo que los alumnos pueden lograr, sino que se han elaborado con la intención de proporcionar un marco sobre el que poder evaluar y planificar el progreso de los alumnos, lo que se ha conseguido utilizando los propios planes de evaluación de los centros educativos. Estas descripciones no reemplazan los planes de evaluación elaborados de forma precisa y utilizados por la mayoría de los centros educativos para detallar las evaluaciones individuales y el plan curricular, sino que completan estos planes proporcionando una base común entre los alumnos y los centros educativos para comparar el aprendizaje”. P Scale sunt un set de criterii sau descriere ale performantei "pentru a masura progresul elevilor pentru care nivelele de incepator ale Curriculuei Nationale nu sunt potrivite".

"Descrierile de performanta au fost scrise pentru a fi folosite cu elevi de toate varstele si cu o serie de nevoi educationale speciale. Descrierile nu sunt descrieri complete a tot ceea ce pot elevii realiza. Intentia este sa se furnizeze un cadru in care progresul copiilor, masurat cu ajutorul schemelor proprii de evaluare ale scolii, sa poate fi masurat. Descrierile nu inlocuiesc schemele de evaluare folosite pentru evaluarile individuale si curricula, folosite de multe scoli. Kritéria úspěšnosti pro děti se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami (Projekt SAFE - Special Needs Accreditation for Europe - UK/10/LLP-LdV/TOI-309)

Kritéria úspěšnosti pro děti se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami (v angličtině tzv. P Scales) jsou nástrojem pro měření pokroku ve vzdělávání dětí, pro které není vhodné poměřovat jejich znalosti a dovednosti se standardními školními vzdělávacími plány.

Tato kritéria úspěšnosti byla vytvořena pro žáky různého věku a s různým typem speciálních vzdělávacích potřeb. Nejde o vyčerpávající popis všech kritérií, která mohou děti naplňovat. Záměrem bylo vytvořit rámec, jehož prostřednictvím lze mapovat pokrok žáků za užití postupů pedagogické diagnostiky. Systém nemůže plně nahradit komplexní diagnostiku, ani celkovou přípravu školních vzdělávacích programů (potažmo individuálních vzdělávacích plánů), ale může být doplněním. Svou koncepcí umožňuje srovnávání mezi žáky a mezi školami.

Systém byl vytvořen ve Velké Británii a v rámci projektu Leonardo da Vinci je nyní implementován do dalších evropských zemí, včetně České republiky.

 

Níže naleznete rozpracovaná hodnotící kritéria řazená do skupin a úrovní podle jednotlivých předmětů. Některá kritéria jsou odkazy na další podpůrné materiály. Vývoj podpůrných materiálů je cílem projektu, proto některé odkazy zatím nejsou rozpracované.

De P scales zijn een set van criteria of prestatie beschrijvingen voor het meten van de voortgang van de leerlingen voor wie het begin van de niveaus van het Nationale Curriculum niet geschikt zijn.

"De prestaties beschrijvingen zijn geschreven voor gebruik met leerlingen van alle leeftijden en met een scala aan speciale onderwijsbehoeften. De beschrijvingen zijn niet een volledige beschrijving van al die leerlingen zouden kunnen bereiken. Ze zijn bedoeld om een kader te bieden aan die de voortgang van leerlingen, gemeten met behulp van de school de eigen beoordeling van de regeling, kunnen worden ingepast. De beschrijvingen zijn geen vervanging voor de meer genuanceerde beoordeling regelingen gebruikt voor gedetailleerde individuele beoordelingen en curriculum planning door veel scholen. Integendeel, zij die regelingen te vullen door middel van een gemeenschappelijke basis voor het vergelijken prestaties tussen leerlingen en scholen."

"The performance descriptions have been written for use with pupils of all ages and with a range of special educational needs. The descriptions are not a full description of all that pupils might achieve. They are intended to provide a framework on to which the progress of pupils, measured using the school's own assessment scheme, can be mapped. The descriptions do not replace the more finely tuned assessment schemes used for detailed individual assessments and curriculum planning by many schools. Rather, they complement those schemes by providing a common basis for comparing performance between pupils and schools." (DfES, 2001)
